    Fanny Fan Lai (traditional Chinese: ่Œƒ้บ—) is a Hong Kong actress. She entered the movie business in 1957 after winning a beauty pageant. She initially entered Shaw Brothers' Cantonese film division as Wan Li-Hong (traditional Chinese: ่ฌ้‡Œ็ด…; simplified Chinese:ไธ‡้‡Œ็บข), and starred in the 1959 film Behind the Hidden Scene (็ฆๅœฐๆ˜ฅๅ…‰). However, her career took off after she entered Shaw Brother's Mandarin division with a new stage name, Fanny Fan. She played naughty roles earning a nickname "Oriental Brigitte Bardot".
